Purchase Policy

Multi-Fab Products, LLC manufactures and sells service parts and related steel components for dock leveler installation. These items are designed to repair or install on dock levelers manufactured by Kelley, Kelley Atlantic, Rite-Hite, Serco, Ellis, Blue Giant, McGuire, Overhead Door, Poweramp, Pentalift, Pioneer, DLM, Nova, Genquip, Copperloy, Nordock, Vestil/T&S and Bluff. We will consider manufacturing replacement components to meet your needs. The following document details our purchase policy and product warranty policy:
All orders must carry a minimum value of $25 net price. If the order is for less than $25, we will add a handling charge, which will increase the order value to $25.
- Invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms as noted on the invoice unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by our credit department.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be filled at the current price.
- All quoted pricing is good for seven business days.
- Multi-Fab sells exclusively to registered dealers.
- If you're not a dealer, we can assist you in locating one.
Manufactured Parts Cancellation Policy
Orders for manufactured or custom-made parts are non-cancelable once an Order Acknowledgment has been issued.
Due to the nature of manufactured parts, which may include custom specifications, material procurement, and production scheduling, cancellations will not be accepted after acknowledgment except under special circumstances, as determined at our sole discretion.
In cases where a cancellation is approved after acknowledgment, we reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value to cover incurred costs, including but not limited to material, labor, and administrative expenses.
All approved cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation approval remain the responsibility of the customer.
Manufactured Parts Pickup & Storage Policy
Upon completion of manufacturing, customers will be notified that their order is ready for pickup or shipment.
Manufactured parts must be picked up within two (2) business days of notification, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, we reserve the right to relocate the goods to outdoor storage due to space and operational constraints.
Once parts are placed in outdoor storage:
- The goods will be stored at the customer’s risk
- We are not responsible for weather-related exposure, including but not limited to rust, corrosion, discoloration, or cosmetic deterioration
- No claims will be accepted for conditions resulting from extended storage or environmental exposure
Any special storage requirements must be communicated prior to manufacture completion and are subject to approval and potential additional charges.
