Return Material Authorization Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Only parts purchased within the last 60 days are eligible for return.

2. Authorization Required

  • Prior to returning any items, you must contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

3. RMA Documentation

  • A copy of the RMA must be included with the returned parts.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error by Multi-Fab.

5. Condition of Returned Parts

  • Returned parts must be received in original condition.
  • Use adequate packaging to prevent damage.
  • No credit will be issued for items damaged due to improper packaging.

6. Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to:
    • Returns due to customer error.
    • Returns not previously authorized or communicated.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not returnable, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase:
    • Special-order parts sourced specifically for your order.
    • Special-order manufactured parts specifically for your order.
    • Electrical or electronic components.
